The WBCC has attended this 3 day conference and lobby day since its inception in 1993. The last few years we have taken approximately 50 men and women to spend 3 days learning about breast cancer and breast cancer policy from the world's top experts, and then visited our WI Congressional delegation on the Hill. WBCC offers a scholarship to qualified applicants who want to take their passion for ending breast cancer to a new level.
